A bit about me

My name’s James Chan, a British doctor trained in Leeds and did my Foundation Programme in York and Hull. I’ve spent the past year post Foundation Programme locuming in acute medicine in Hull and emergency medicine in Leeds, as well as a short stint doing neonatology in Bradford. I took some time out to do the Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene in Liverpool which I’m keen to apply to practice out in Malawi!

This is me and Claire, my other half who’s also a doctor and also going to Malawi to learn about paediatrics and maybe be of some use when in Blantyre.

More to come…
